If you do not do it correctly when you connect the headset for the first time, the headset may not pair successfully. It will only cause sound to come from one of the earphones, not both at the same time. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
1. Delete the connected pro 4 mini headset in the Bluetooth settings of the phone;
3. Turn off the Bluetooth function of the phone and turn off the power of the headphones on both sides;
4. Open the charging compartment cover and take out two headphones at the same time
5. Wait 5-10S
6. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone
7. Search for pro 4 mini connection. If the pairing is successful, it will prompt "Connected"
